“Dolly” the Dehydrated Starter
This is our active fermented sourdough started that is the base of all of our sourdough based goods.
We dehydrate her for 9-10 hours on low heat to allow for all of her yeast and bacteria to stay active for rehydration. Dolly can be rehydrated up to 6 months after the dehydration date listed on the bottom of the packet.
Dolly comes in a package containing 15g and a rehydration directions guide to start your baking journey.
